Jim Wright; Organic Sower and Organic Church?

Who is Jim Wright, Nathan’s Voice, Crossroad Junction and Fulcrum Ministries

Crossroad Junction, Nathan’s Voice, Fulcrum Ministries and Jim Wright are not about Organic Church. Organic Church by definition is about community and non-hierarchical fellowship. Jim Wright focuses upon lines of authority within his fellowships calling them “fellow-elders” when none of them are named nor do they function in any manner that is observable or public other than what Jim Wright as the sole spokesman selectively chooses to reveal (if true).

(Update: Additional articles addressing the claim of ELDER made by Jim Wright in light of his proven involvement in the Shepherding Movement are up now as well.)

Jim Wright is fighting several battles. He’s locked into the Grace/Lordship Salvation battles of the church circles he came from in the 80s and 90s characterized by the dialogue at that time between John A. MacArthur and Chuck Swindoll. Further, he’s attempting to compensate for an apparent need for importance that he’s been denied. If you read him for any sustained period you’ll see a man driven by shame, who’s been denied that place of importance that he appears to believe is his “due” who reacts vehemently against any who disagree with his theology or his own high opinion of himself.  Then a repeating pattern in his life kicks in where those who disagree with him are in his mind seen as evil and capable of the worst in human nature.  He then begins his predictable and repetitive campaign on that assumption, reading and twisting anything he can get his hands on to promote and create that perception of others while using tools of misrepresentation, exaggeration and manipulation to further his own agenda.

This man has attempted to destroy 2 local churches in my community and now he’s aiming his guns on National Figures in the Organic Church community because the avenue to importance and power he pursued earlier is no longer open to him through local churches where he is known and unwelcome because of his history of conflict and excommunication.

There is nothing “organic” about Jim Wright or his claimed fellowships. They run, to the extent that they actually exist, as a de facto denomination with Jim Wright as the sole representative, the only means of contact and communication and the last word within his circles. This is nothing more than a cult driven by a toxic leader who seeks to meet his own needs and further his own agenda.
